詹姆士過去就曾經公開表示，自己第一次看到喬丹時，感覺就像看到上帝一樣，日前在節目上，詹姆士再度分享自己16歲和喬丹第一次碰面的激動心情，他說道：「當我第一次親眼看到喬丹時，我有點不相信那真的是他…這個男人對我來說就像耶穌一樣。」
