主計總處將於21日發布2019年第4季GDP概估統計資料，屆時全年概估經濟成長數據也會一併出爐。隨去年年底國際情勢不確定下降，第4季及全年概估數是否能高於預測，受各界關注。
主計總處11月底預測2019年第4季經濟成長3.04％，拉抬全年經濟成長至2.64％。

主計總處說明，國民所得概估統計（advance estimate）會在當季結束後的第一個月月底公布當季GDP概估統計。概估統計作業的主要目的為快速、即時地展現經濟情勢，惟因多項來源資料未及產生，致正確性相對不足，須待後續來源資料更新修正補強。
