Apple 時薪員工獲加薪 10%，應對高通脹

全球經濟衰退，同時有高通脹率，打工仔的薪資調整就成了他們會否忠心工作的重要因素。據 組織工會，以爭取更大的談判力量，資方也自然要花點力氣來展示誠意、舒緩員工情緒，所以 10% 的大幅加薪才不是平白無事出現的。

美國其他科技巨頭其實也有類似加薪行動，像是 Amazon 就為企業和科技員工的基本薪資調升超過一倍、Google 就調整了年度績效計劃來加高薪資率、微軟也承諾了會加薪。
